It will also have quick search functionality where in the user can search “recent data”, “daily data”, “weekly data”,“monthly data” and “yearly data”.

In advance search, the user can search for normal data, validated data, average data and exceeding data

Also advance search have functionality of selection of Time Base fromwhere the user can select 5 min, 10 min, 15 min, 30 min, 1 hr, 3 hrs, 4 hrs, 6 hrs, 8 hrs, 12 hrs and 24 hrs duration.

Display of data will be in two forms, one is tabular and the second is graph and in graph one can show the results in Line, Bar, Column and Area Type.

Also all these data can be converted into HTML, CSV and Excel format also.

Data Validation & Comments

In this section three type of user will be created i.e. Industry, SPCB and CPCB.

All users have their definite role.

If any data is exceeding the prescribed standard, email is sent to the industry to comment on that parameter. The industry can put his comment and the validated data and post in the system.

This will notify the SPCB and CPCB for their comments. The SPCB or CPCB can accept the clarification for change in data or reject it and can publish his own data in the system. If the real time data is changed it will be called “Validated Data”.

So for all exceeding data, thread of communication is to be created so that one can see the trail.

All the data i.e. raw data, validated data, modified data etc will be kept in the system and a log will be maintained which user is updating or modifying the data.

No data can be deleted in the system by any user.

Daily Reports

It has two components i.e. Parameter Wise and the Second is station wise.

In both the cases daily, weekly, monthly and annually chart along with table can be prepared.

The table is divided in 12 hour zone i.e. 00hrs to 12 hrs and then from 12 hrs to 24 hrs.

Alert System

Here an email alert can be sent to various user whenever the data is exceeding the limits, data is not populating etc.

SMS can also be sent to the registered mobile number of the user.

It will be a role base.
